Mobile Healthcare Service (MHS) Senior Consultant (116006)
During the interview process for Senior Consultants, candidates will also be considered for the role of Team Leader and Group Leader within the Mobile Healthcare Service. These positions are part of the Mobile Healthcare leadership team, and successful candidates will receive appropriate job plans to support the balance of their leadership and clinical responsibilities.
All 116 consultant candidates should receive a copy of the attached position statements as preparation for the interview.
1. General Practitioner or Doctor of Family Medicine in the UK or Ireland.
2. Minimum of 8 years clinical experience post MRCGP/MICGP or equivalent.
3. Held the position of Partner or GP Principal in a practice, for at least 3 years.
4. Be able to demonstrate at interview, sound working knowledge and experience of practice management.
5. Be able to demonstrate on CV and/or at interview, experience of working collaboratively with other healthcare organizations and/or other roles held outside of practice (e.g. working with Health Boards, Primary Care Units, management role within local cooperative etc.). Have led healthcare projects in healthcare system at local or regional level (preferable).
6. Have held a leadership position for a minimum of a year within a healthcare organization or system (preferable).
Mobile Healthcare Service (MHS) Consultant (115005)
1. General Practitioner or Doctor of Family Medicine in the UK or Ireland
2. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience post MRCGP/MICGP or equivalent
